Shipping & Delivery

We work with production facilities in different locations to create and ship our products. Because of this, shipping times may vary depending on the item and where it is produced.

United States

For products produced and delivered within the United States, orders generally arrive within approximately 5-10 business days after being placed.

For products produced outside the United States, orders generally arrive within approximately 10-15 business days after being placed. This includes production, shipping to the United States, and final delivery.

Processing & Production

Each item is produced specifically for your order, so production time is included in the estimated delivery times above. Orders may not ship immediately after purchase while your items are being prepared.

If an order contains multiple products with different production times or shipping locations, the order may be shipped separately.

Delivery Delays

Delivery estimates are approximate and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, holidays, customs, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Once an order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information when available.

International Orders

International orders may require additional time due to production, international shipping, customs processing, and local delivery. Delivery times can vary significantly depending on the destination country.

Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes that may apply to international orders.
